The 2020 Strategic Plan shares with the public the organizational values we center in our work and the priorities for the organization. The 2020 Strategic Plan defines CNC’s overall direction, drive resource allocation, and provide focus to the organization’s goals and day-to-day work.
2026 Strategic Planning Process
This year, Community Nature Connection is working with Poder Consulting Group to develop the building blocks for an updated organizational strategic plan. We hope to have an updated strategic plan by the end of the year.
