About the Event
Joy is resistance and we are celebrating each other's resilience with a bonfire! Two cohorts of Outdoor and Coastal Access Leaders have completed a series of workshops and showcased their community action projects and it is time to play. We invite OCALI alumni and their loved ones to join CNC for an evening at the beach.
To better prepare for our trip, we are asking participants to take 5 mins to read the following information.
Meet up location: LA River Center and Gardens, 570 W Ave 26, Los Angeles, CA 90065
CNC staff will assist community members to check-in and fill out Wavier & Photo Release Form prior to boarding bus. The bus will take at least 1 hour to reach the beach. Folks are invited to participate in the nature exploration with program staff and families. We will play volleyball, nap, and eat around a fire.
